  Phase One, to put a new road all the way down to Lot 3 began May 16, 2005. 
To the left you can see the remains of the old road which is also the top of lot 3.  This is where I had intended for the road to come out.  It would have saved us a lot of money and been much easier to navigate because it was less steep.
