We like an open airy floor plan with large rooms, hot and cold water at all faucets, large windows (with unobstructed views of our fantastic vistas), wrap-around terraces, three bedrooms, two and a half baths and an enclosed laundry room. The arched terraces will be designed to enhance the views, with plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining.
