Construction of our first house is nearly complete! |
Our road construction began May 16, 2005 and so did the rainy season. Progress
is slow, but steady. |
June 20, 2005 The first phase of our roughed in, road construction is complete.
We have reached Lot 3! Lesson learned: Ticos want to please so they will tell you they can do a job even though they have NEVER ever done anything like it before. So if you can afford a bit of adventure it can be quite a ride! They also think all Gringos are filthy rich so most will over price everything. We have met few exceptions. |
